Position: Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor
Location: Twelve Hotels & Residences – Downtown Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: Attractive package

Twelve Hotels & Residences is seeking a versatile and service-driven Front Desk Agent / Auditor to join our Downtown Atlanta team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless stay experience from check-in to check-out.

This position requires flexibility, as shifts vary and may include overnights, weekends, and holidays. We’re looking for a dependable team player who can adapt to our dynamic hospitality environment with a professional, polished attitude.

Schedule Availability:

We require open availability to work any shift on a rotating schedule, including:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Overnight Shift (as needed): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
    Schedule includes weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality

  • Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out procedures

  • Process phone and online reservations with accuracy

  • Verify guest payment methods and handle credit card transactions securely

  • Provide detailed information about room options, amenities, hotel services, and local attractions

  • Ensure guest privacy and maintain confidential records

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or service issues

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest expectations

  • Promote additional hotel services and upgrades when appropriate

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest information, and payments

  • Report unusual occurrences or guest requests to management

  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy front desk and lobby area

  • Support other departments and complete additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a hotel front desk or auditing role (strongly preferred)

  • Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation software

  • Comfortable using Gmail and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

  • Familiarity with third-party booking platforms such as Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, and Hotels.com

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Professional telephone etiquette

  • Understanding of secure cash and credit card handling practices
