Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group in Savannah, GA is seeking friendly front desk team members. You will greet guests upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out, and protect sensitive guest information with discretion.

We value professionalism and a guest‑focused attitude, with a willingness to be a gracious host for guests, vendors and prospective employees. A High School Diploma and 2 years of front desk experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in hotel front desk desired.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival.
• Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes.
• Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions.
• Responds to guest inquiries, ensuring that complaints or requests are handled timely and with sensitivity.
• Meets all in-service requirements, complies with all system policies and procedures.
• Serves as a mentor to other front desk associates
