Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. in Savannah seeks a friendly part-time Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, check in/out, and handle billing with accuracy.

You will use technology to deliver an exceptional guest experience, respond to inquiries, and support front desk operations while upholding hotel policies. Minimum HS diploma; 2+ years front desk experience preferred; pay is $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist guests warmly and professionally.
• Strong customer-service mindset with reliable, respectful demeanor.

Today, we own and manage 9 hotels in the Southeast, including 8 that are part of the Hilton and Marriott brands. We’re also working on 5 more hotels that are either being built or planned.

The pay range for this role is: $16.00 per hour.
