Job summary

Kolter Hospitality seeks a Night Auditor to ensure flawless overnight operations at our Boca Raton property. You will reconcile cash receipts, balance nightly transactions, and provide accurate reports to help maintain policy compliance.

This on-site role requires attentive guest service, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods. You will coordinate with front desk and other departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth night shift.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance front desk transactions.
• Balance food and beverage transactions from Micros reports.
• Post room and tax to guest accounts.
• Coordinate guest requests courteously and efficiently.
• Check guests in and out as needed.
• Communicate with other departments to share room information.
• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies and security threats.
• Report items in need of repair.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Night Auditor delivers service excellence to our guests, taking care of any overnight needs and reconciling all hotel cashier transactions.
