Trimark Hospitality in Renton, WA is seeking a full-time Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during the evening and overnight hours, delivering friendly, professional service to guests. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, handling reservations, balancing transactions, and completing nightly audits while maintaining a safe, welcoming lobby.

The ideal candidate is reliable, independent, and able to communicate clearly in English, with prior overnight hospitality experience

Formación

• Overnight or graveyard-shift experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
• Experience at front desk, receptionist, or reservations is a plus.
• Familiar with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing).

Responsabilidades

About the Role:

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the evening and overnight hours while ensuring our guests receive friendly, professional service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking guests in and out and managing reservations
• Answering guest questions and handling requests professionally
• Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
• Balancing daily transactions and reconciling cash and credit caro activity/ balancing house
• Completing nightly audits and preparing audit reports

- Handying guest cons, cha and oorinating withodeparents when

needed

• Monitoring the lobby and public areas to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Following company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols
• Working independently and staying organized with minimal supervisior
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
