We are hiring a Night Auditor! We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others. Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, interacting directly with guests. This department operates 24/7, making each role vital to the guest experience. As a night shift employee, you'll work independently, responsible for closing out the day, checking guests in and out during non-traditional hours, and ensuring guest safety through monitoring activities and weather conditions. If you enjoy working semi-independently, possess a proactive, caring attitude, and have a strong sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you. Our company culture values respect and teamwork.

Role Responsibilities:

• Process credit card transactions and other charges (restaurant, events, lounge)
• Handle phone system, transfers, reservations
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Administer guest payments and review errors from day shifts
• Prepare folios for departing guests
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup if needed
• Follow all hotel emergency procedures
