Job Responsibilities

• Conduct all nightly audit-related duties and provide guest services at the hotel's front desk.
• Balance duties, manage daily paperwork, and prepare shift reports.
• Cater to guest needs, including check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.
• Count cash and maintain accuracy of the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts.
• Check the front desk log for issues and special requests.
• Greet guests, register, and assign rooms.
• Process guest registrations and payments.
• Prepare express checkout folios.
• Maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to relevant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms as needed.
• Work closely with hotel departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Respond to inquiries about hotel services, features, and local attractions.
• Complete shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
