Night Auditor at Peachtree Group

Join us as a Night Auditor at Peachtree Group. This role involves conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, completing daily paperwork and shift reports, attending to guest needs such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and answering questions.

1. Proactively ensure guest security and create a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
2. Count cash and maintain accuracy of the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts.
3. Check the front desk log for issues and special requests.
4. Greet guests, register, and assign rooms.
5. Process guest registrations and payments.
6. Prepare express checkout folios.
7. Maintain room status inventory.
8. Communicate shift information to relevant staff.
9. Keep the lobby and bathrooms clean as needed.
10. Ensure smooth transition between shifts with proper communication.
11. Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
12. Answer inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local directions.
13. Complete shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
