Description

Our property is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a night auditor who enjoys working with people, is committed to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience. Responsibilities

1. Prepare and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
2. Verify, audit, and reconcile financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bills, and occupancy percentages.
3. Provide excellent service to all hotel guests during their stay.
4. Handle administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as required.
5. Assist with front desk duties including delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, resolving complaints, processing reservations, and checking in guests.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.
• Some college education is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible overnight hours are necessary.
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

$15.00 hourly
