Night Auditor Responsibilities
  • Maximize revenue and create value through excellent customer service, effective reservation sales, and accurate handling of guest accounts.
  • Assist in all phases of guest experience, including check-in, check-out, and problem resolution.
  • This is an overnight shift from 11pm-7am, primarily Fridays through Sundays.

Responsibilities
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to valet cars during shifts.
  • Understand financial data and perform basic arithmetic.
  • Willing to cross-train in other hotel-related areas.
  • Perform guest services such as check-in/out, reservations, and call-ups.
  • Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Manage credit card transactions timely.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Perform data processing functions as required.
  • Keep management informed of operational or financial issues.
  • Respond to governmental inquiries as needed.
Skills Required
  • Provide high-level customer service, effective communication, attention to detail, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency in keyboarding, email, MS Word, Excel, and hotel systems.
  • Experience with LightSpeed and Marriott brands is a plus.
Experience / Education
  • Knowledge of accounting principles; prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands
  • Extended walking, standing, and data entry; accommodations available for eligible employees.
