Description

Join the team at the newly opened Homewood Suites/Hampton Inn Boston Woburn.

We are seeking individuals passionate about serving others! This role can be part-time (16 hours/week on Fridays & Saturdays from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am) or full-time (up to 40 hours/week with additional shifts from 3 pm-11 pm or 7 am-3 pm). As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk, you will be at the heart of the hotel, engaging directly with guests. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will significantly enhance our guests' experience. If you enjoy interacting with people and possess a friendly personality and a strong sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you! Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times
  • Maintain high levels of service and hospitality
  • Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
  • Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures
  • Manage guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel brand and programs (travel, special offers)
  • Communicate effectively with departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns
  • Respond quickly to calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing assistance
  • Understand hotel safety and emergency procedures
