Primary Responsibilities

1. Verify all guaranteed arrivals and validate credit cards.
2. Ensure rooms are marked as dirty in the system for housekeeping.
3. Provide guests with promotional items and explain amenities.
4. Document new commercial customers for account setup.
5. Coordinate with maintenance to unblock rooms.
6. Ensure rollaway beds and cribs are correctly located.
7. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints.
8. Offer alternatives if guest demands cannot be met.
9. Assist in other hotel areas as needed.
10. Document guest accidents and report issues.
11. Maintain a clean and organized front desk.
12. Greet guests warmly and proactively.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and credit procedures.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Knowledge of hotel amenities, layout, and procedures.
• Knowledge of local area, including attractions and services.
