As a Night Auditor, your role is vital in ensuring smooth nightly operations and high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Performing nightly audits, balancing, and reporting on financial transactions
• Greeting and assisting guests professionally and warmly
• Responding promptly to guest needs and complaints
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experience
• Using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments
• Maintaining safety and security procedures

Success in this role involves:

• Working overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Understanding basic accounting and communication skills
• 1-2 years of hospitality experience
• Reliability, honesty, and a customer-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork
