Description

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
2. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
3. Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
4. Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
5. Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages

Qualifications

• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required
• Flexible overnight hours are required
• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required

Compensation

$30,000 - $32,000 yearly
