Bighorn Law is seeking a night auditor to join our hospitality team. You will manage overnight front desk duties, process reservations, and generate financial reports for management.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service and accurate bookkeeping. Some college is preferred, but a high school diploma is required, with computer proficiency and familiarity with accounting or reservation software highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
  • Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
  • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
  • Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages

Compensation

$30,000 - $32,000 yearly
