Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing transactions and reviewing reports
• Verify room charges, postings, payments, and folios for accuracy
• Prepare daily reports and support end-of-day reconciliation processes
• Monitor lobby activity, property access, and overall guest safety during the overnight shift
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to support hotel operations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of guest and company information
• Complete additional front desk and administrative tasks as assigned
