Responsibilities

1. What You'll Do
2. Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk functions.
3. Provide excellent guest service.
4. Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily, including credit cards, cash, and change funds.
5. Follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures consistently.
6. Run audits and reports; record revenues and statistics accurately.
7. Read, analyze, interpret, and explain reports, guest folios, and emergency procedures.
8. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
9. Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
10. Respond to emergency situations.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

1. A passion for customer service.
2. Ability to work independently while supporting hotel operations.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
5. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
6. Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and stand for long periods.
