Duties and Expectations
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and by name when possible.
- Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate to achieve high guest satisfaction scores.
- Recovery: Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency.
- Hotel Knowledge: Be familiar with hotel features and amenities.
- Events: Support hotel groups and events.
- Technology: Use relevant technology effectively.
- Phone Etiquette: Answer calls promptly and courteously.
- Cleanliness: Maintain clean workspaces and assist in cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed.
- Product Quality: Complete checklists accurately and submit shift reports timely.
- Uniform & Grooming: Wear a clean uniform, be well-groomed, and smile.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally. Be willing to go beyond your role to meet needs.
Role-Specific Duties
- Audit Management: Complete and send all reports on time.
- Security: Follow overnight security protocols.
- Incoming Mail: Handle mail as per shift checklist.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow procedures and work under pressure.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Desire to serve guests.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
- Timely clock-in and clock-out; proper break management.
Physical Demands & Environment
Stand for long periods, operate computers, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a moderate noise environment.
