The Night Auditor will be responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, completing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. The Night Auditor will also attend to guest needs such as check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and answering guest questions.

• Maintain guest security, creating a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
• Count cash and ensure accuracy of the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Check the front desk log for issues and special requests.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Process guest registrations and payments.
• Prepare express checkout folios.
• Maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to relevant staff.
• Keep the lobby and bathroom clean as needed.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions by sharing pertinent information.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local directions.
• Complete shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
