Hilton Garden Inn, Brookline, MA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Night Auditor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during nighttime hours, providing exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the accuracy of financial records.

Job Description

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing excellent guest services, and maintaining hotel security during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Accurately balance daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive nightly audit reports.
• Guest Services: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries or requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Security Oversight: Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
• Accounting Duties: Audit, balance, post, and report on cash and credit transactions at the front desk, in rooms, and in food and beverage outlets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Yardi experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting of luggage up to 50 pounds may be required.
