A leading resort in Idaho is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during night shifts. The ideal candidate will manage guest check-ins, audits, and coordinate with various departments, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Strong computer and communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
The Night Auditor at Tamarack Resort is responsible for overseeing front desk duties during the night shift. Their duties include guest check-in and check-out, reviewing guest payments and other details from the day shift to ensure proper billing, and acting as a communication point for customer needs. The right candidate must possess exceptional computer skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills to maintain effective department organization. This position is onsite, requires night shifts, and work on weekends and holidays.

Requires knowledge of computer hardware, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred. Knowledge of business correspondence, office procedures, and common office equipment is essential.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a driving record meeting the standards of the resort’s insurance carrier.
Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents. Capable of responding effectively to inquiries or complaints from guests, staff, or business partners. Must be able to present information clearly.
Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
