The full-service lifestyle luxury hotel will be a first of its kind in the Salt Lake City market. The property is located across the street from Delta Center, home of the NBA’s Utah Jazz and over 150 events scheduled annually at the 18,000-person arena.

1. Performing front desk duties such as guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift

3. Conducting night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolving discrepancies
4. Assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and issues during the night
5. Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours
6. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
7. Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience
8. Maintaining knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible working hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays
