Role Description

The Night Auditor at RGB Hospitality is a part-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for overseeing late-night front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, responding to guest inquiries, and managing reservations. The Night Auditor completes nightly audit processes by reconciling daily transactions, balancing cash drawers, and preparing basic financial and occupancy reports. The role also includes monitoring property security, handling guest issues with professionalism, and ensuring that lobby and front desk areas remain clean and welcoming. Collaboration with other hotel departments is expected to support a seamless guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Front desk and receptionist duties skills, including check-in/check-out, phone handling, and guest inquiries.
• Experience managing reservations, room assignments, and basic booking systems or property management software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and team members in a professional, helpful manner.
• Cash handling skills, including balancing cash drawers, processing payments, and following financial procedures accurately.
• Ability to work overnight hours, maintain attention to detail, and complete audit tasks with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with learning hotel systems and reporting tools.
• Previous hospitality or hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required.
