We are hiring a Night Auditor!

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others. Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, with the most guest interaction. Since the department operates 24/7, each front desk role is equally important. Front desk associates are key to shaping the guest experience. As a night shift team member, you'll work independently without direct management supervision, responsible for closing out the day and handling guest check-ins and check-outs during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant difference. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity and weather issues that could impact guests' stay. If you enjoy working semi-independently, have a friendly personality, and a strong sense of responsibility, this role is perfect for you! Role Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent hospitality by processing credit card transactions and other charges (restaurant, events, lounge)
• Handling the phone system, transferring calls, managing reservations
• Verifying, balancing, and reviewing hotel room availability
• Performing check-in and check-out procedures
• Administering guest payment policies and reviewing errors from the day shifts
• Preparing folios for departing guests in the morning
• Maintaining the lobby's appearance and assisting with breakfast setup if needed
• Being familiar with all hotel emergency procedures
