Primary Responsibilities

1. Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify credit card validity.
2. Ensure rooms are correctly listed as dirty for housekeeping.
3. Explain promotional items and hotel amenities to guests.
4. Document new commercial customer check-ins for potential account creation.
5. Coordinate maintenance to unblock rooms as needed.
6. Ensure rollaway beds and cribs are properly located.
7. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and offer alternatives if needed.
8. Assist in other hotel areas as required.
9. Document guest accidents and report issues through proper logs.
10. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
11. Greet guests warmly and professionally.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience with cash handling and credit procedures.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of hotel amenities, procedures, and local area information.
