Position eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus ($500 after 30 days, $500 after 90 days).

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as Night Auditors. The ideal candidate uses an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for guests. Responsibilities include checking in guests, registering them, and serving as a source of knowledge about the hotel, amenities, and local area. The role primarily operates from 11 pm to 7 am.

Your Role
  • Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with engagement and sincerity.
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit, noting and fulfilling special requests, and providing accurate information.
  • Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when issues arise.
  • Promote and sell hotel programs.
  • Interact professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed.
  • Know all emergency procedures and policies.
  • Maintain the house bank.
  • Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
  • Follow Night Audit procedures meticulously.
  • Communicate relevant information to the manager on duty.
  • Handle postings, charges, checks, deposits, and refunds according to set procedures.
  • Assist other departments when necessary.
Requirements
