Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as Night Auditors. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include checking in guests, registering them, and serving as a knowledgeable resource about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. The role primarily operates from 11pm to 7am, during which exceptional service is crucial.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist guests in discovering their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service with genuine interest and engagement.
• Check guests in, process payments, note and fulfill special requests, and provide accurate information.
• Resolve issues and impress guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and generate reports.
• Follow proper Night Audit procedures with attention to detail.
• Communicate relevant information to management.
• Handle posting, charges, checks, deposits, and refunds according to set procedures.
• Support other departments as required.
