3. Conduct night audits to verify guest accounts and resolve discrepancies.
4. Assist guests with inquiries and requests during the night.
5. Ensure safety and security of the hotel premises overnight.
6. Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
7. Collaborate with departments to meet guest needs.
8. Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
