Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Hotel Clerk Audit Specialist to ensure accurate posting of room and tax, and to close the hotel day. You will work with Hosts to fill remaining vacant rooms and handle guests’ requests, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

This role also supports Marketing on special event reservations, helping coordinate occupancy and services for events across our Biloxi properties.

Responsibilities

• Audit Hotel Clerk’s paperwork, post room and tax, and close the hotel day.
• Collaborate with Hosts to fill vacant rooms and address guest requests.
• Coordinate with Marketing on special event reservations.
