Job summary

Boyd Gaming in Biloxi, MS, is seeking an attentive hotel operations auditor to ensure accurate front desk and room accounting, posting room and tax, and closing the hotel day. You will collaborate with Hosts to fill remaining vacant rooms and support smooth nightly turnover.

You will handle guests’ requests and concerns and coordinate with Marketing on special event reservations to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsible for auditing Hotel Clerk’s paperwork, posting room and tax, and closing the hotel day. Works with the Hosts to fill all remaining vacant rooms. Handles guests’ requests and concerns. Works with Marketing on special event reservations.
