The role includes balancing group blocks, express check-out, pre-registration, and processing all motor coach arrangements as part of our dynamic hospitality team.

Assist Manager and agents with day to day operations. Handles pre-blocking request, casino reservations, completes duties list, process non-guaranteed reservations and prints back-up reports. Responsible for balancing group blocks, express check-out, pre-registration and processing all motor coach.
