TownePlace Suites Asheville West is seeking a detailed, outgoing customer service pro for a part-time Night Auditor position. You will balance accounts, handle check-ins/outs, and prepare reports while ensuring a welcoming front desk experience for guests in Asheville.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment. The role offers competitive pay and benefits in a friendly team setting.

What you’ll do

Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
