General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor for the Crowne Plaza Airport location. This full-time overnight role balances daily revenue, generates reports, and ensures smooth hotel operations while delivering warm hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, excellent communication, and a hospitality mindset. Night shifts, overnight availability, and cash handling familiarity are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Hotel or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Monday and Tuesday night availability required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight
