Job summary

General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor for our Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport location. You will be the trusted overnight presence, balancing revenue, supporting guests, and ensuring smooth operations after dark.

As a Night Auditor, you’ll balance nightly reports, assist guests, manage reservations, and act as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours. The role requires excellent customer service, English fluency, and comfort with phones and computers.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (required)
• Previous hotel or similar experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and hospitality-focused attitude
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to read and speak English
• Previous cash handling experience (preferred)
• Monday and Tuesday night availability (required)

Responsibilities

• Complete and transmit nightly accounting reports and supporting documentation
• Audit and balance room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier reports, and guest accounts
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with guest requests as needed
• Serve as the hotel system liaison during overnight hours
• Assist with booking reservations and answering hotel phone calls
• Help create a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for guests overnight
