Job summary

The JW Marriott Reston Station, managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Night Audit Supervisor in Reston, VA to oversee overnight financial operations and guest experiences. You will lead the night audit team, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain high service standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities include supervising audits, balancing accounts, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless overnight shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting or hospitality education is a plus.
• 6+ months Front Desk experience; night audit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the night audit team to ensure timely financial processes and reports.
• Balance accounts, verify charges, and reconcile discrepancies during night shift.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor adherence to hotel policies and procedures during the night shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and security to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and mentor night audit staff.
