Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Overnight Supervisor for the JW Marriott Reston Station. You will oversee the overnight front desk, serve as Manager on Duty, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and operational excellence.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to balance night audit responsibilities with guest needs while maintaining safety and security across the property.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team player who can help coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support overnight front desk agents per hotel standards.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) overnight, handling guest requests and issues.
• Perform nightly audit: reconciling folios, verifying room charges, balancing revenue postings.
• Generate and distribute daily reports (occupancy, revenue, variances).
• Audit and verify revenue from outlets (F&B, spa, parking).
• Greet late arrivals and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Monitor safety, conduct property walks, respond to incidents.
• Handover shift to morning team with clear communication.
• Coach overnight staff and provide feedback.
