Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor to balance all hotel revenues and expenses for each 24-hour cycle, while also serving as a Guest Service Agent on the overnight front desk.

You will act as the hotel system liaison during night hours, opening tickets with Opera or SynXis as needed, and you will support the front desk team to ensure accurate transactions and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Night Audit Supervisor balances all hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour period.
• Acts as Guest Service Agent for overnight front desk.
• Serves as system liaison, opening tickets with Opera or SynXis during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all guest interactions according to the G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Balance and audit room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and telephone revenue; prepare reports.
• Balance and audit all room tax charges, cashier reports, and guest house accounts.
• Prepare General Manager daily, weekly and month end reporting packs.
• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Process cash and credit card transactions, posting charges, preparing deposits.
• Upsell rooms when possible to maximize revenue.
• Follow seasonal demand reservation strategy and promote teamwork across shifts.
• Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
