Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. in San Diego is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to lead the overnight front desk and audit operations, manage the nightly close, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will oversee staff scheduling, training, guest interactions, safety procedures, and incident follow-ups, while maintaining confidential information and guest satisfaction. This role requires flexible overnight availability and strong leadership in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have prior front office/night audit/supervisory experience or related hospitality leadership experience.

• Investigate service or safety concerns, complete incident reports, and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor hotel safety, security, and key control procedures.
• Support front desk operations, including check-in/out and guest assistance.

We are hiring a Night Audit Supervisor!

As a Night Audit Supervisor, you keep the hotel running overnight—leading the team, managing financial processes, and ensuring a safe, welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee nightly front office and audit operations, including team support, scheduling, and training.

• Reconcile daily transactions, run trial balance, post room revenue, and close the day.

• Prepare and distribute audit reports for hotel departments and leadership.

• Basic computer and hotel systems knowledge preferred.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $24-$25.75/hour
