Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee nightly Front Office and Night Audit operations.

You will serve as the primary contact for guests and hotel departments overnight, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a safe environment. This role requires 2+ years of front desk clerk or night auditor experience, with open availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in front office or night audit operations.
• Strong decision‑making skills with knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.

Responsabilités

• Supervise night audit employees, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk work; run trial balance to post rooms and close the day.
• Generate accounts receivable and next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Investigate service and safety issues, initiate incident reports, and monitor investigations to timely resolution.
• Check guests in and out, operate telephone lines, and assist with guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms when feasible and provide courteous support throughout the shift.
• Carry out additional duties and reasonable management requests as assigned.

Shift times vary as this position will also support the PM shift.

Minimum of 2 year Front Desk Clerk or Night Auditor experience.

FSPMS experience is a plus.
