Job summary

ICONA Diamond Beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ, is seeking a Night Audit to assist guests during the overnight hours and handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation.

The role entails greeting guests, assigning rooms, answering phones, making reservations, reconciling accounts and balancing the cash drawer, as well as preparing reports for Accounting and the Daily Operating Summary. It is a full-time position requiring nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Assign rooms and keys.
• Answer the phone in a pleasant manner.
• Make reservations.
• Reconcile accounts.
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts.
• Distribute closing and morning shift reports to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare reports to be forwarded to Accounting.
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Operating Summary.
• Ensure guests are treated with complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Attend weekly Aloha Culture Meeting.
