Job summary

Delco Development is seeking a Night Auditor for a part-time Saturday shift in Mount Laurel Township, NJ. The role includes greeting guests, registering them, processing payments, balancing nightly accounts, and providing concierge services.

You will also run end-of-shift audits, prepare front desk reports, and support nightly operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, can work overnights and weekends, and maintains a professional demeanor while handling multitasking tasks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred; prior supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to work all shifts, including overnights and weekends.
• Projects professional tone at all times and with the ability to quickly establish rapport with guest.
• Ability to multitask, insure accuracy, and remain highly organized.
• Ability to stand and/or sit long for periods during shift.
• Lift up to thirty (30) pounds, unassisted.
• Exposure to chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers guests, establishes credit, directs guest to room and relays messages.
• Answers questions about services and secures valuables.
• Assists in daily accounting tasks and balances systems.
• Prints reports and distributes to management.
• Reconciling pay-per-view and other systems with the property management system.
• Provides concierge services and information on hotel services.
