Job summary

Qualifications

• One year prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with requests.
• Assign rooms and keys.
• Answer the phone in a pleasant manner.
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare daily reports.
• Distribute closing and morning shift reports to departments.
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Operating Summary.
