Job summary

Valor is seeking a detail-oriented Night Audit/Guest Services team member in Huntsville to manage end-of-day cash and daily reporting. You will balance restaurant and front desk activity, post accounts, and ensure accurate nightly reconciliations while providing excellent guest service.

The role requires a high school diploma and 6–12 months in a related field; hospitality or accounting experience is a bonus. Strong computer skills and a customer-focused demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six to twelve months in a related role or office setting preferred.
• Accounting or hospitality experience is a bonus.
• Must have strong computer and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile cash and credit transactions for outlets and front desk.
• Balance and post daily revenue and hotel accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and statistics.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and nightly balance routines.
• Operate as hotel system liaison during night hours and assist guests as needed.
• Perform other duties as designated.
