Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them into the hotel following established procedures.
• Audit and balance room, food & beverage revenue, cashier reports, guest and house accounts, telephone revenue and online reservations.
• Prepare and transmit daily management/accounting reports; transmittal of credit card batches.
• Act as hotel system/operation and emergency liaison during night hours and perform guest service functions.
• Handle guest questions and routine problems, escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of daily hotel activities and assist in front office equipment and supplies.
