Qualifications

At least 1 year of progressive hotel or related experience.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
College coursework in related field is helpful.
Preferred prior supervisory responsibility.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Ability to resolve guest issues and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

Approach guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Balance the day’s transactions and prepare daily reports.
Register guests, take reservations, and handle nightly front desk duties.
Carry out End of Day process and security walks as needed.
Run required reports for audits and maintain records per standards.
