Hyatt Centric Buckhead Atlanta is seeking a Front Office Associate to oversee night audit duties and manage the overnight front desk. You will handle guest check-in/out, communicate hotel services and promotions, and ensure a seamless guest experience during the night shift.

This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to stand for long periods. Prior hotel front desk experience is valued, and you will be the face of Hyatt while delivering exceptional service to guests

Summary

This position is responsible for the oversight of specific night audit duties as well as oversees the front office during the overnight shift. Night Auditors are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!
