Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta is seeking a Front Office Associate to warmly welcome guests, handle efficient check-in and check-out, and communicate hotel services and promotions.

This highly visible role requires professional communication, attentive service, and the ability to respond to guest inquiries promptly while processing payments and ensuring a smooth arrival experience for every guest.

This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.
