Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) a plus.
• Ability to work independently overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily accounts
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
• Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and room charges
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for management review
• Monitor hotel security and safety, escalating issues as needed
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth morning transitions
