Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies is seeking a Relief Night Auditor/Relief Guest Registration Manager for Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby, CO. The role covers night shifts and front desk leadership, servicing guests, and ensuring accurate accounting and folio charges.

Responsibilities include operating the property management system, auditing transactions, assisting with emergencies, and supervising seasonal staff while maintaining high guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, understand and write English proficiently.
• Basic computer skills required and ability to learn YMCA property management software (HotelKey).

Responsibilities

• Operate the YMCA of the Rockies Property Management System and related credit card batching during night audit.
• Audit daily financial transactions and ensure accurate guest folio charges.
• Provide guest services during late night hours (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) including switchboard, late check-ins, and emergencies.
• Oversee Front Desk shifts as Guest Registration Manager, manage seasonal staff and volunteers, and ensure timely billing and accurate deposits.
