Job summary

The YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center is seeking a Guest Registration specialist to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and provide directions and activity recommendations. You will be the first and last impression of our center, delivering outstanding hospitality and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and a willingness to learn Income Audit and Night Audit responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out using the property management system.
• Answer phones and assist guests with directions and activities.
• Respond calmly to guest concerns and emergencies.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent service during shifts.
